Sweet Stuff Water Softeners is a family-run company here in Northeast Florida. The owner handles every water softener installation and replacement personally: no rotating crews, no subcontractors. His wife answers the phone, books your visit and makes sure every customer feels taken care of. When you call, you're talking to family.
Meet the owner
The person who shows up at your door is the person who owns the business. He tests your water with you, installs your system and walks you through it before he leaves.
Why we post our prices
Most water softener companies won't give you a number until someone has spent an hour in your living room. We think you deserve to know what things cost before anyone comes to your house. So every package price is right on our website, along with what's included and what isn't. Your final price is confirmed after the free water test, before any work starts, and if something about your home changes it, you hear it first.
What we believe
- Show the proof. Before-and-after hardness tests on every job.
- Post the price. You should know the cost up front. See our packages and prices.
- Leave it better. Our landscaping pads mean the outside looks as good as the inside.
- Stay in our lane. We focus on water softeners and water conditioning, and we do it really well. We don't add or move water lines or do electrical work.
- Cite our sources. When we quote hardness numbers, we link to where they came from, like JEA's ZIP-code table.
