Sweet Curb Pad: Brine Drainage Landscaping Pads

Our signature touch, added to any package: a wood-trimmed rock or mulch pad for outdoor softeners that keeps your curb appeal and helps direct drainage away from walkways and gardens.

No more soggy, salty patch

Every time a softener regenerates it sends a rinse of salty water out. Too often that lands on bare dirt or grass by the side of the house, leaving a mushy spot, dead turf, or erosion. We fix the look and the drainage with a pad built just for that spot.

How we build it

  1. Clear and level the area where the discharge exits
  2. Install a wood trim border and commercial weed barrier
  3. Add a base layer for drainage
  4. Top with your choice of river rock or mulch, matched to your landscaping

Frequently asked questions

Why do I need a pad for softener brine?

Softener regeneration rinse water is salty. When it hits bare soil or turf in one spot, it can leave a soggy, dead patch. A rock or mulch pad spreads and drains that water better and looks intentional.

Rock or mulch — which is better?

River rock lasts longest and handles salty water well. Mulch looks softer and blends into planting beds but needs refreshing. We will help you choose.

How much is the Sweet Curb Pad?

$299, added to any of our softener packages. Prices may vary by water source and install location; your final price is confirmed after the free water test, before any work starts.

Do you change where the discharge goes?

No. We build the pad where your discharge already exits. We do not install or reroute drain lines.
